Training Product Development
Training products are the units of competency, skill sets, qualifications, and accredited courses available through the National VET register.
The RITC supports industry participation in VET training product development at the National and State advisory levels.
The State bodies developing VET training products include:
- Department of Training and Workforce Development
- State Training Board
- Industry Training Advisory Bodies (such as the RITC)
The National bodies developing VET training products for sectors related to the RITC are:
- IBSA Manufacturing with coverage of the Oil & Gas, Process Manufacturing, Polymer, Laboratories, and Mechanical and Engineering sectors.
- PwC Skills for Australia with coverage of the Drilling sector, and shared coverage of the Surface and Underground Mining Sectors.
- Mining Skills Organisation Pilot with shared coverage of the Mining sector.
